Chicken-hash Brown Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
4 slice: Haugins Farm Brand Thick,
1/2 cup: Onion, chopped
-Sliced Bacon, crumbled
1 cup: Frozen Gourmets Choice Baby,
6: Frozen Gourmets Choice Hash,
-Carrots, thawed & sliced
-Brown Patties,
1/2 cup: Celery, diced
2 cup: Water,
2 cup: Frozen Schwans Diced,
2: Chicken flavored Bouillon,
-Chicken Meat,
-Cubes,
1 cup: Sour Cream*,
1/4 cup: Margarine,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
6 slice: Schwans American Processed,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
-Cheese,
Bread Crumbs,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

F. Prepare bacon in skillet over medium heat;
drain and crumble. In large saucepan or stock pot combine potato
patties, water and bouillon cubes. Cover and place over medium-low
heat until patties are thawed and crumbled. Add margarine, cheese,
onion, carrots, celery, chicken and bacon; mix well. Gradually add
sour cream; stirring until well blended. Stir in salt and pepper.
Pour into a greased 2-qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread
crumbs. Bake 45 minutes.

Makes 6-8 servings.

NOTE: *Lite sour cream may be used in place of sour cream.
