Chile Butter Made From Chile Paste+ Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tbsp: Dried chile paste,
1: Lime, zest only
1/2 cup: Butter, softened, unsalted
1: Lime, juice only
GARNISH
Fresh Cilantro,
Directions:
This is good on corn on the cob, warm tortillas, or just on a slice
of good bread.
In a samll bowl, work the paste together with the butter. Add the
lime zest and the lime juice. Turn into a small crock and garnish
with the cilantro.
