Macaroni Salmon Loaf^ Recipe

Ingredients:
4 ounce: Elbows, cooked al dente
-crumbs,
1 can: , (1lb0 pink or red salmon
3: Egg whites,
2 tbsp: Onion, finely minced
3/4 cup: Skom milk,
1 tbsp: Chopped parsley,
2 centiliter: Garlic, minced
-Dash pepper,
1 tsp: Dried dill,
1 cup: Coarse whole wheat bread,
1/4 tsp: Dried rosemary,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9 x 5" loaf pan with Pam. Combine all
ingredients in a medium size bowl with a fork. Place in loaf pan and
bake 35-40 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
Variation: Heat 1/2 cup Marinara sauce with 2 tablespoons lowfat
buttermilk. Use as a sauce for the salmon loaf.
Per serving without sauce: Calories: 245 Protein: 25g Carbohydrates:
29g Fat: 5g, 19% Sodium: 444mg Cholesterol: 36mg
