Soy Pie Crust Recipe

Yield: 1 crust

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup: All-purpose flour,
5 tbsp: Shortening,
2/3 cup: Soy flour,
3 tbsp: -up to,
1 tsp: Sugar,
4 tbsp: Cold water,
1 tsp: Salt,

Directions:
Combine dry ingredients; cut in shortening. Add enough water to
moisten dough, mixing well with a fork. Shape dough into a ball;
roll dough out on a floured surface. Place in pie plate and bake at
350F for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: enough
for two 9 or 10-inch pie plates.
