Sunflower Fried Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients:
Head cabbage,
1/3 cup: Sunflower seeds, hulled
Small onion,
2 tbsp: Butter or bacon fat,
Salt & pepper to taste,
1 dash: Vinegar, white or wine
Directions:
Chop onion and cabbage coarsely. Melt butter or bacon grease in
medium frypan, add sunflower seeds, toss to coat and saute lightly.
Add cabbage and onion, toss to coat. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Season
to taste with salt,pepperand dash of vinegar. Serve very hot.
