Tamarind Juice Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Lemon-sized piece tamarind,
1 cup: Warm water,
Directions:
Soak tamarind in warm water for about 10 minutes. Squeeze and extract
as much juice as possible from the pulp, adding a little extra warm
water if necessary.
