Vinegar Basting Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Red wine vinegar,
2 cup: Water,
1/3 cup: Firmly packed brown sugar,
1/4 cup: Worcestershire sauce,
2 tbsp: Dry spice rub, see recipe above
1/2 tsp: Hot sauce,

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl, stirring well. Cover and let
mixture stand at room temperature 8 hours.
