Waffeln (waffles) Recipe

Ingredients:
10 ounce: Unsalted butter,
Vanilla flavor, (to taste)
1/4 tsp: Cinnamon,
6: Egg yolks,
1 cup: Milk,
13 ounce: Sifted flour,
6 ounce: Sugar,
6: Egg whites,
Confectioners sugar,
Directions:
Cream the butter and add the sugar, vanilla flavor, cinnamon, and egg
yolks. Stir until the sugar is melted. Add the sifted flour and milk. Mix
well. Fold in the stiffened egg whites. Bake in a waffle iron until golden
brown. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
