Western Style Broiled Fish Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Orange roughy fillets,
Western French Dressing,
-=or=-,
2 tbsp: Ornage juice,
1 lbs: Whitefish fillets,
1 tbsp: Worcestershire sauce,
8 ounce: Original, lite or fat free
1/2 tsp: Ground ginger,
Directions:
Cut fish into serving-size pieces. Combine dressing, orange juice,
Worcestershire sauce, and ginger. Reserve 1/3 cup as sauce. Pour
remaining mixture into fat dish. Dip fish pieces into mixture,
turning to coat well. Cover and let stand to marinate for 15 minutes.
Remove fish from marinade and place on oiled broiler pan. Broil 4
inch from heat source for about 4 to 6 minutes, or until fish flakes
easily. Serve with reserved sauce.
