Lettuce, sprinkled with
1/2 cup: Coarsely chopped walnuts,
-French dressing.,
Toss fruit with lemon,
Makes 6 servings.,

TO VARY: SUBSTITUTE, FOR PEA
Banana, or 1 cup orange
1/2 cup: Raisins or fresh dates.,
-sections and 1 cup grapes,
COCONUT WALDORF. Substitute,
-or 2 cups apple, plus
-shredded coconut for nuts.,
