Watkins Stawberry Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: WATKINS Vanilla Dessert Mix,
1/3 cup: White sugar,
1 package: Unflavored gelatin,
2 cup: Water,
5 tsp: WATKINS Strawberry Punch,
Concentrate,
1 1/2 cup: Sweetened whipped topping,
Flavor with WATKINS Vanilla,
2 cup: Sliced strawberries,
1: Baked 9-inch pie shell,
Extra whipped topping and,
Strawberries for garnish,
Directions:
In medium saucepan combine Vanilla Dessert Mix, sugar, gelatin and water.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Pour
into a bowl and add Stawberry Punch Concentrate;chill until thickened.*
Fold in whipped topping; blend well. Stir in strawberries. Pour into pie
shell and chill until set, 1 to 2 hours. Garnish with additional whipped
topping and strawberries.
*Note from Watkins Kitchen: To hasten chilling, place bowl of pudding
mixture in large bowl of ice water, then stir until thickened.
