White Bread (and Variations) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: Yeast,
2 1/2 cup: Bread flour,
4 tsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Nonfat milk powder,
4 tsp: Applesauce, unsweetened (see note)
1 tbsp: Poppy seeds,
1 tbsp: Sesame seeds,
325 cc: Water,
Directions:
Recipe By: Reggie Dwork. Put all ingredients into pan in order given. Use
the nonfat milk as powder - do not reconstitute. I select the thin crust
and start the machine.
NOTE: I use applesauce to reduce the fat content. Standard recipe uses 4
tsp butter or margarine.
