White Fruit Salad Recipe

Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
4: Egg yolks,
1 cup: Milk,
1 Envelope: unflavored gelatin,
1/4 cup: Fruit juice,
4 1/2 cup: Miniature marshmallows,
1 can: (20-oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 can: (17-oz) white cherries, drained and pitted
1/2 lbs: Chopped blanched almonds,
1 1/2: Lemons, juice of
1 cup: Cream, whipped

Directions:
Beat egg yolks; add milk and scald in top of double boiler. Dissolve
gelatin in fruit juice and add to milk and egg mixture. Cool and add
remaining ingredients. Let sit in refrigerator for several hours. Yield: 10
servings.
