Wild Rice - Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Cooked wild rice,
1 can: , (12 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained
1/2 cup: Chopped celery,
1/2 cup: Diced onions,
6 large: Ripe tomatoes, up to 8
Directions:
Combine rice, tuna, onion, and celery in a bowl with enough mayonnaise to
hold ingredients loosely together. Season to taste and chill. Prepare
tomatoes by turning stme end down, cut down, but not quite through, making
a total of 6 wedges. Spoon stuffing into tomatoes. Garnish and serve.
Serves 6-8
