Willinghams General Dry Rub Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tbsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Black pepper, freshly ground
1 1/2 tsp: Lemon pepper,
1/2 tsp: Onion salt,
1 tsp: Mild chili powder,
1/2 tsp: Dry mustard,
2 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1 1/2 tsp: Garlic salt,
1 tbsp: Citric acid, powdered (Ever-Fresh)
1 tsp: White pepper,
Directions:
Combine ingredients and keep in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store
in a cool dark place.
