Wine Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Dry white wine,
1/2 cup: Sugar,
4: Eggs,
1 tsp: Grated lemon rind,
1 tsp: Grated orange rind,

Directions:
Wine Cream--(German)

Combine all of the ingredients in top of a double boiler. Cook, beating
with a whisk or fork until frothy and thickened. Pour into serving dishes
and chill. Serve with whipped cream if you like.
