Yeast Biscuits #1 Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Sifted flour,
3 tbsp: Sugar,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 package: Yeast,
1 1/2 cup: Warm water,
3 tbsp: Melted shortening,

Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water; mix with dry ingredients. Add shortening and
mix. Roll out 1/4 inch thick; cut; dip in melted butter. Let rise for 1 1/2
hours and bake at 400 about 15 minutes.
