Zesty Herb Roasted Potatoes Recipe

1/2 cup: Miracle Whip,
1 tbsp: Each dried rosemary, garlic powder and onion powder
1 tsp: Seasoned salt,
1 tbsp: Water,
2 lbs: Small red potatoes quartered,
Directions:

Mix Miracle Whip, seasonings, and water in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss
to coat. Place potatoes on greased cookie sheet
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes or until golden brown, stirring
