Zucchini-pecan Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
3: Eggs,
1 cup: Vegetable oil,
2 cup: Sugar,
1 tbsp: Vanilla,
2 cup: Zucchini, grated
2 1/2 cup: Flour,
1/4 tsp: Baking powder,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1 tbsp: Cinnamon,
1 cup: Pecans, chopped/optional
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. lightly grease and flour two loaf pans. Beat
eggs until foamy. Add next four ingredients in order. Add dry ingredients.
Bake for one hour.
