Chinarcha Sharbat (rhubarb-pomegranate Refresher) Recipe

450 gram: Rhubarb, washed; trimmed, sliced - 1 lb
480 milliliter: Water, 2 c
240 gram: Sugar, 1 c or to taste
480 milliliter: Pomegranate juice, 2 c
60 milliliter: Strained orange juice or rose syrup, 1/4 c
Directions:
makes 1.5 L

Stew rhubarb with water and sugar for about 15 min. Strain juice; discard
solids. Add juices and cool. Chill well and serve over ice.
