Chunky Chicken Mustard Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Red wine vinegar,
1/3 cup: Prepared mustard,
1 tbsp: Dijon mustard,
1: Garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup: Vegetable oil,
1/4 tsp: Each salt and pepper,
4 cup: Diced cooked chicken breast,
1: Cucumber, unpeeled and diced
1/3 cup: Chopped red onion,
2/3 cup: Chopped dill pickles,
4: Celery stalks, sliced
8 cup: Mixed salad greens,

Directions:
Taken from the cookbook "365 Easy One Dish Meals" {These are the 3 recipes
that I have prepared, and I recommend them for any picnic, church luncheon,
or just a quick and light supper.}

In a large bowl, combine vinegar, mustard, Dijon mustard, garlic, oil, salt
and pepper. Mix well. Add chicken, cucumber, red onion, pickles, and
celery. Toss to coat with dressing. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve on
salad greens.
