Chunky Skillet Sausage Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Fully cooked smoked sausage, cut in 2-inch chunks
6 small: Red potatoes, unpeeled, and quartered
1 small: Onion, cut into 8 wedges
14 1/2 ounce: Can stewed tomatos undrained,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
1/2 medium: Cabbage, cut in 6 wedges
Directions:
1. In large skillet, combine all ingredients except cabbage; mix well.
Arrange cabbage wedges over top.
2. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 15 to 20
minutes or until vegetables are tender. Spoon sauce from skillet over
cabbage wedges before serving.
