Green Beans With Basil Recipe

Ingredients:

PRESSURE COOKER COOKBOOK
1/4 cup: Olive oil,
2 centiliter: Garlic, crushed
1 lbs: Green beans, ends removed
1 cup: Chicken stock, or water
3/4 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
1 tsp: Dried basil,
2 tbsp: Butter, optional
Directions:
In pressure cooker, heat oil. Add garlic and saute in hot oil 1 minute.
Stir in beans. Add chicken stock, salt, pepper, and basil. Secure lid.
Over high heat, develop steam to med-high pressure. Reduce range heat to
mantain pressure and cook 3 mins. Quickly release pressure accdg. to
manufacturers directions. Remove lid. Stir beans, then drain in colander.
Place beans in a serving dish and dot with butter, if desired. Makes 6 to 8
servings.
