Kens Spicey Texas Brisket Rub Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: New Mexico Chili Powder,
1 tbsp: Garlic powder,
1 tbsp: Oregano, dried
1 tbsp: Rosemary, chopped
1 tsp: Cumin,
1 tsp: Paprika,
1 tsp: Sage, ground
1 tsp: Cayenne pepper,
1 tsp: Mustard, powdered
1 tsp: Black peppercorns, ground
Directions:
I know it says brisket and that is what I made this one up for, but I have
used it on brisket, port, venison, elk, buffalo, chicken, turkey etc.
I then smoke normally for bout 30-45 minutes per lb.
