Lemon Dessert Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup: Richs whip,
4: Eggs separated,
1/3 cup: Fresh lemon juice,
1 cup: Sugar,
1: Lemon, grated rind of
200 gram: Cookies, Petit Buerre
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites till stiff. Beat the Richs Whip until stiff. Beat the
yolks, add sugar and lemon juice. Fold the whites, then the lemon juice.
2. Make a crumb crust with cookies, some cinnamon and margarine. Put 2/3 of
crumb mixture in pan, pour batter into pan, then s[prinkle the rest of the
crumbs on top. Freeze.
