Liver And Lukshen Kugel Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Med. noodles, cooked
1/2 lbs: Liver, cooked and ground
5: Eggs,
1 large: Onion, grated
1/2 lbs: Pareve margarine, melted
Salt and pepper to taste,

Mix all - put in greased pan and bake one hour at 350 degrees. I remember
this being baked in a round pyrex dish and cut like a deep dish pie; I am
sure a square or rectangular pan would work as well. Since I have never
made it, I dont have a clue as to how large a pan you would need.
