Lomilomi Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Salted salmon,
1: Sweet onion, chopped
3: Ripe tomatoes, diced
3: Green onions, chopped
1/2 cup: Crushed ice,
Directions:

Soak salmon in water and repeat if very salty. Shred salmon with fingers.
Mix all ingredients except ice, and chill. When ready to serve sprinkle
with crushed ice.
