2 1/4 cup: VINEGAR CIDER,
Directions:
1. COMBINE SOUP, GARLIC, ONION POWDER, PEPPER, RELISH AND WINE VINEGAR;
BLEND WELL.
2. COVER; REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY TO SERVE. STIR WELL BEFORE USING.
