Meat Marinade Recipe

Meat Marinade Recipe

Yield: 1 Servings
Recipe by luhu.jp

Ingredients:
2 Cloves: garlic, minced
1/4 tsp: Prepared mustard,
1 cup: Cola, Coke, Pepsi
1 tbsp: Catsup,
1 1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1 tbsp: Vinegar,
1 tbsp: Soy sauce,

Directions:
With barbecue season upon us (I use the gas grill all winter, too), I
thought this marinade recipe would be appropriate. Ive had it for years,
and think I got it from Better Homes and Gardens magazine.

Saute 2 cloves minced garlic in a little oil. Remove garlic from pan and
add remaining ingredients.

I usually use one of the large, flat Tupperware containers, or a cake pan.
Place the steak in the container and pour the marinade over it. Turn
occasionally. You can also leave it in the marinade overnight. Any cut of
beef steak works fine with this, as it tenderizes as it marinates. Posted
