Mediterranean Shrimp And Bow Ties Recipe

Ingredients:
6 ounce: Uncooked bow tie pasta, 3cup
1 tbsp: Olive or vegetable oil,
1 lbs: Shrimp, shell, devein
1/2 cup: Green onion, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
2: Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp: Dried oregano,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1/2 cup: Sliced ripe olives,

Directions:
1. Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package; drain. Keep warm.

2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add shrimp, onions, and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until
shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat.

3. Add pasta to skillet with all remaining ingredients. Cook 1 to 2 minutes
or until thoroughly heated.
