Mushrooms Au Gratin Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp: Butter,
1/3 cup: Sour cream,
1: Egg yolk,
Salt to taste,
Pepper to taste,
1/4 cup: Finely chopped parsley,
1/4 cup: Grated Swiss cheese,
Directions:
Saut
mushrooms in butter until light brown. Simmer 2 minutes. Blend sour
cream, egg yolk, salt and pepper until smooth. Add to mushrooms. Heat,
stirring constantly, until blended. Pour into a shallow baking dish and
sprinkle with parsley and cheese. Bake 10 minutes at 425
until cheese is
melted. Yield: 4 servings.
