No-cook Cranberry Relish Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large: Orange, seeded
2 cup: Fresh cranberries,
3/4 cup: Sugar,
2 tbsp: Candied ginger, chopped
Directions:
Grate rind from orange. Remove pits and seeds. Chop rind and orange in food
processor. Add cranberries and process until everything is finely chopped.
Transfer to bowl and add sugar and ginger. Cover and let stand at room
temperature for 1 day. Then, refrigerate.
