No-peek Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Stewing beef, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Envelope: onion soup mix,
1 can: , (10 3/4 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can: (4 ounce) whole mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup: Red wine,
Directions:
Ive been listening and getting some great recipes and thought I would
share one that I enjoy. This is from the Houston Chronicle
Combine beef, dry soup mix, condensed soup, mushrooms (with liquid) and
wine in a 2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake at 300 degrees 3 hours. Dont peek
until its done. Serve over noodles or rice. Makes 4-6 servings.
