Oatmeal-buttermilk Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup: Low-fat buttermilk,
1/2 cup: Quick-cooking oats,
1/2 tsp: Vanilla,
1 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1: Egg,
1 1/4 cup: All-purpose flour,
2 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1/2 tsp: Baking soda,
1/2 tsp: Salt,

Directions:
Combine buttermilk, oats, and vanilla in a small bowl; let stand 10
minutes, stirring occasionally..Stir in oil and egg..

Combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl, stir
well. Add oat mixture to flour mixture, stirring until smooth.

Spoon about 1/3 cup batter in hot nonstick skillet...Turn when tops are
covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.

NOTES : per serving=2 pancakes---287 calories with 7 grams Fat
