Olives With Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tbsp: Oil,
4: Garlic cloves, up to 5
1/8 tsp: Turmeric,
2 tbsp: Tomato paste mixed with 1/2 cup water,
2 lbs: Pitted green olives,
Salt & pepper to taste,

Directions:
Heat the oil. Add garlic & turmeric & saut

1 minute. Add tomato
paste/water mixture, olives, salt & pepper & mix. Simmer covered over low
heat about 15-20 minutes.

This can be served warm as a side dish or cold as a condiment.
