Oregon Gooseberry Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can: , (16.5 ounces) OregoN Gooseberries
1/2 cup: Brown sugar,
1 tbsp: Plus 2 teaspoons cider vinegar,
1/8 tsp: Salt,

SPICES
Ground allspice,
Cinnamon,
Ground cloves,

Directions:
Combine gooseberries, sugar, vinegar and salt in saucepan.

Simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

During last 10 minutes: 1/4 of 1/4 (dont overdo) of each of the spices to
follow:

May be packed in sterile jars for storage or kept in the refrigerator.
