Papaya Dessert Recipe

Ingredients:
2: Papayas, peeled and seeded
1 can: Sweetened condensed milk,
The same amount milk, (the can of condensed milk)
1 cup: Heavy cream,
1: Pckg gelatin,
Mint leaves,
1/4 cup: Water,

Dissolve the gelatin in the water. Place the rest of the ingredients in a
processor and run the machine to make a cream. Stir in the gelatin and beat
3 minutes.
Pour 2 tbs cream of cassis in individual glass bowls. Top with the papaya
cream. Chill until firm. decorate with mint leaves and serve.
