Pineapple Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE
2 tbsp: Canola oil,
2 cup: Sugar,
3: Eggs,
2 tsp: Vanilla,
1 can: (20 oz) pineapple, crushed
1 cup: Unsweetened applesauce,

THEN ADD
2 1/2 cup: Unbleached flour,
3 tsp: Baking soda,
2 tsp: Baking powder,

MIX UNTIL SMOOTH AND ADD
1 cup: Low fat buttermilk,
1 tbsp: Ground cinnamon,
2 cup: Unbleached flour, (additional)

Directions:
Spray bundt pans with non-stick cooking spray. Fill each 2/3s full of
batter and bake in a 325 degree F oven for 45 minutes. Makes 3 small bundt
pans; or 1 large and 1 small; or 3 loaf pans.
