Balsamic Vinaigrette 3 Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: balsamic vinegar,
1/4 cup: vinegar, apple cider
1/4 cup: water,
1 tbsp: dijon mustard,
2 clove: garlic, minced fresh
1/2 tsp: apple juice concentrate, see directions for sub
1 sprigs: parsley, minced fresh
1 tsp: honey, this adds clingability
Directions:
Optional 1-2 Tbs. orange juice optional: can be substituted for the apple
juice concentrate
Simply mix or blend together. As with most things containing raw
garlic, the longer it keeps, the stronger the garlic.
( I find this goes well with greens and fruit and advacado and onions.)
