Blueberry Tea Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: unsifted all-purpose flour,
1 cup: sugar,
3 teaspoon: baking powder,
1/4 teaspoon: salt,
1 1/2 cup: fresh blueberries,
2: eggs,
1 cup: milk,
3 tablespoon: salad oil,
1 teaspoon: grated fresh orange peel,
1: confectioners sugar,
Directions:
In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in
blueberries. In small bowl beat together eggs, milk, oil and orange
peel; add all at once to flour mixture. Stir until dry ingredients
are moistened. Turn into greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake in 350 F
oven 1 hour or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from pan and cool completely. Sprinkle top with confectioners
sugar before cutting to serve. Makes 1 loaf.
