Dutch Oven Barbecued Steak Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lb: deer or elk round steak,
2 tablespoon: vegetable oil,
3/4 cup: onion,
3/4 cup: catsup,
1/2 cup: vinegar,
1/2 cup: brown sugar,
1 tablespoon: prepared mustard,
1 tablespoon: worcestershire sauce,
1/2 teaspoon: salt,
1/8 teaspoon: pepper,
3/4 cup: water,

Directions:
Cut steak in pieces. Put oil into Dutch oven and heat. Brown meat on
both sides. Take meat out and add onions; brown lightly.

Add rest of ingredients to make a barbecue sauce and simmer 5
minutes. Put steaks back in Dutch oven and bake for about two hours
or until tender.



Yield: 4 servings
