Favorite Grilled Hamburgers Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: catsup,
2 teaspoon: worcestershire sauce,
1/2 teaspoon: celery salt,
1/8 teaspoon: hot sauce,
1 1/2 lb: ground beef,
2 tablespoon: onion, finely chopped
1: salt, to taste
1: pepper, to taste
6: hamburger buns, split, toasted, and butte
Directions:
Combine catsup, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and hot sauce in a
saucepan; bring to a boil, and set aside.
Combine beef, onion, salt, and pepper. Shape into 6 patties 1/2"
thick. Place on grill 3 to 5 inches from coals; cook 3 to 5 minutes
on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Baste occasionally
with sauce.
Serve on buns with remaining sauce.
