Flour City Buns Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: sugar,
1/2 cup: margarine, softened,
1 1/2 cup: boiling water,
2: eggs, well beaten,
2 packages: active dry yeast,
1 cup: warm water (105-115^f),
1 teaspoon: salt,
7 1/2 cup: all-purpose flour,
Directions:
In large bowl, combine sugar and margarine. Add boiling water and beat
well; cool. Stir in eggs. In separate bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water;
add to batter. Add salt and flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each
addition. Form dough into a ball and place in greased bowl, turning to
grease top. Let rise in warm place until doubled. Shape into rolls or buns
and let rise until doubled. Heat oven to 350^F. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes about 24 hamburger-size buns
