Stuffing For Squab, No. 1 - With Almonds Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: butter,
1/4 cup: white bread crumbs,
1: egg, well beaten
1/2 cup: milk, or cream
1: pepper and salt,
1/4 cup: almonds, blanched

Directions:
Soak crumbs in milk, or milk and cream, mixed; add butter stirred to a
cream, season to taste, add almonds, chopped.

Enough for 3 squabs.
