Ingredients:
1 large: frying chicken,

MARINADE
2/3 cup: vegetable oil,
2/3 cup: soy sauce,
2/3 cup: bourbon,
1 teaspoon: minced garlic,
1/2 teaspoon: pepper,

Directions:

Cut chicken into serving pieces, place in a single layer in a pan, and
pour marinade mixture over each piece. Refrigerate for 4 hours or
overnight. Bake in marinade, covered, in a 350~ oven for 45 minutes or
until chicken is well done. Turn pieces frequently and baste with sauce.
Uncover and continue baking until brown, about 10 minutes. Makes 4 serving.
