Ginger, Mint And Honey Marinade For Lamb Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: fresh orange juice (about 2 oranges, )
1/4 cup: soy sauce,
1/4 cup: honey,
2 tablespoon: chopped fresh mint or 1 teaspoon dr, ied
2 tablespoon: finely chopped fresh ginger or 1 te, aspoon ground
3: garlic cloves, minced,
1: salt and freshly ground pepper,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over lamb. Marinate at room
temperature for at least 2 hours or refrigerate overnight. Remove from
refrigerator 1 hour before grilling. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
