Ingredients:
2 tablespoon: toasted sesame seeds,
1 tablespoon: ground szechwan peppercorns,
1: or lemon pepper,
1 tablespoon: garlic powder,
1 tablespoon: ground ginger,
1 tablespoon: dried cilantro,
1/2 tablespoon: cayenne pepper,
1/2 tablespoon: mustard seed,

Directions:
Combine all in a small jar and shake well to mix. Use in Hunan Pork or
Hunan Chicken recipes. (About 1 teaspoon per 1 - 1 1/2 pounds of boneless
meat and 1/2 cup liquid) Makes about 7 Tablespoons.
