2 tablespoon: soy sauce,
1: juice of 1 lemon,
2 tablespoon: worcestershire sauce,
2: garlic cloves, minced,
1 tablespoon: dry mustard,
1 teaspoon: chopped parsley,
1: freshly ground pepper,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Marinate beef at room temperature
for 1 to 2 hours before grilling.
Yield: Enough for four 1-pound steaks.
