Meatloaf ( Spicy ) Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon: margarine,
1/2 cup: onion, chopped,
1/4 cup: sweet red pepper, chopped,
1 centiliter: garlic, minced,
1 tablespoon: hot sauce,
1 teaspoon: red pepper flakes,
1/2 teaspoon: cayenne pepper,
1/2 teaspoon: cumin,
1 teaspoon: black pepper,
1/4 cup: catsup,
1/4 cup: chili sauce,
2 lb: ground beef,
2: eggs,
1/2 cup: bread crumbs,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a loaf pan with no-stick cooking
spray. Melt margarine in a medium skillet. Add onion, red pepper,
garlic, hot sauce, pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, cumin, and black
pepper. Saute until mixture sticks to pan. Scrape pan. Remove from
heat and add catsup and chili sauce. Let cool. Combine ground beef,
eggs, bread crumbs and onion mixture in a large bowl. Mix well. Place
into a loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes.
