Roasted Red Pepper Vinagrette Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: apple juice,
1/4 cup: cider vinegar,
2 tbsp: white onion,
Directions:
1-2 cloves garlic, pressed
pinches of rosemary and
-thyme
1/2 ts dried wholeoregano
1/2 ts dry mustard powder
1/2 ts paprika
1/2 of a roasted red bell pepper
5 tb orange juice
1 ts ginger; minced
1 ts garlic; minced
1 tb lite soy sauce
1/4 c rice vinegar
pinch of cayenne, optional
Blend thoroughly, salt to taste, and
chill overnight.
Whisk together all ingredients with a fork.
